INTERNATIONAL buyers are flocking to an inner Brisbane home as it heads to auction this week for the first time since being built 35 years ago.
A four-bedroom, two-bathroom property at 15 Lohe Street, Indooroopilly has seen a total of 64 groups going through the property over the last two weeks as buyers are drawn to the St Peter’s college precinct.
Property agent Matt O’Neil said the Indooroopilly market is was very competitive among international buyers at the moment.
“In the 1.5m market there has been a resurgence of international buyers,” Mr O’Neil said.
